Розмова буде орієнтована радше на інституції, зосереджена на ризиках і для команд, і для фондів. Представники України можуть розповісти насамперед про досвід війни, тоді як інші учасники — і про інші виклики, як-от недостатнє фінансування та депріоритезація, а також вплив аномальної спеки на культурний туризм, кліматичних біженців та інші ризики майбутнього.

U || Юлія Ваганова, мистецтвознавиця, кураторка. Генеральна директорка Національного музею мистецтв імені Богдана та Варвари Ханенків, Київ. Упродовж 2023 року — віцепрезидентка ІСОМ в Україні. Раніше працювала в топ-менеджментів таких інституцій, як Мистецький арсенал, Національний художній музей України, Центр сучасного мистецтва НаУКМА.
U || Sirje Helme, доктор філософії, генеральна директорка Фонду Художнього музею Естонії. Раніше — редакторка журналу Kunst, директорка Центру сучасного мистецтва, Естонія, Kumu Art Museum (філія Художнього музею Естонії), генеральна директорка Художнього музею Естонії. Основний напрям досліджень — післявоєнне мистецтво (модернізм і авангард) в Естонії та Східній Європі. Комісарка Естонського павільйону на Венеційській бієнале 1999—2005.
U || Daphne Tolis, продюсерка документального кіно, режисерка та мультимедійна журналістка, котра мешкає в Афінах. Продюсувала, режисувала та вела документальні фільми для VICE, EBU, MSF та IFRC. З 2014 року працює в Греції для міжнародних медіа, зокрема BBC, ABC News, PBS Newshour, NPR, Channel 4, The Times, ін. Членкиня Оксфордської мережі кліматичної журналістики.
U || Модерує Оксана Форостина, видавчиня, перекладачка, редакторка. Редакторка опіній на сайті «Україна Модерна», стипендіатка дослідницького центру Visegrad Insight, програми Europe’s Futures в Інституті наук про людину у Відні (IWM, 2022-2023). Дописує у видання Liberties, The European Review of Books, Критика та Visegrad Insight. У різні роки кураторка тематичних програм Конгресу Культури, проєкту «Український Зріз», Книжкового арсеналу.

The discussion would be more institutions-driven, focused on the risks both for the teams and for the funds. Ukrainian participants may tell rather about war experience whereas other participants may also tell about other challenges, including underfinancing and deprioritizing, but also the impact of heat waves on cultural tourism, climate refugees, and other risks in the future.
We will be in the company of speakers from Ukraine, Estonia, Canada / Greece. These are:
U || Yuliya Vaganova, an art-historian, curator. Director General of the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko Museum of Arts, Kyiv. During 2023 — Vice President of ICOM Ukraine. Previously worked in the top management of such institutions as Mystetskyi Arsenal, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, and the Center for Contemporary Art at NaUKMA.
U || Sirje Helme, PhD, CEO of Art Museum of Estonia / Eesti Kunstimuuseum. Previously — an editor of the art magazine Kunst, director of the Center for Contemporary Arts and Kumu Art Museum (branch of Art Museum of Estonia), and General Director of the Art Museum of Estonia. The main research field is post-war art (modernism and avant-garde) in Estonia and East-Central Europe. Commissar Of the Estonian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, 1999–2005.
U || Daphne Tolis, a documentary producer, filmmaker, and multimedia journalist based in Athens. She has produced, directed, and hosted documentaries for VICE, EBU, MSF, and IFRC. Since 2014 has been working in Greece for international outlets including the BBC, ABC News, PBS Newshour, NPR, Channel 4, The Times, etc. Member of the Oxford Climate Journalism Network.
U || Moderator Oksana Forostyna, a publisher, translator, and editor. Opinion Editor at Ukraina Moderna website, a Visegrad Insight Fellow, and Europe’s Futures Fellow at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna (2022-2023). She contributes to Liberties, The European Review of Books, Krytyka, and Visegrad Insight. Over the years, she has curated thematic programs for the Culture Congress, the Ukrainian Cross-Section project, and the Book Arsenal.
