Another topic is working on specific projects from Lviv\u2019s application and, in fact, ideas that are already being implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u201cResponsibility to Be\u201d changes forms and formats, but it is ongoing. It lies in culture\u2019s ability to be sensitive to what modern people, communities and humankind are experiencing.
