A mural \u00abSkutek\u00bb by Czech artist Timo has appeared in the Czech city of Brno. It is the second inscription of the word \u00abdeed\u00bb, which continues the initiative launched in Lviv in February 2025 to mark the anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The renowned Czech artist painted the word \u00abskutek\u00bb on one of the last remaining walls of the former Borromean monastery on Udolna Street, a building destroyed at the end of World War II. After 81 years, the consequences of the bombing are still visible and remind us of how long it takes to heal the \u00abwounds\u00bb of war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The location for the inscription in Brno was agreed with the South Moravian Region Administration, which has been an important financial partner of the Partnership for Ukraine project since its inception. The project aims not only to commemorate the events in Ukraine, but also to inspire further mutual support and cooperation between the countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timo created the Lviv analog<\/a> of the mural earlier, on February 18, on the wall of the Stryi bus station. The word \u00abvchynok\u00bb (deed) is a symbol of action, courage, and resilience of Ukrainians in times of war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative continues the cooperation between Brno and Lviv, which covers various areas, including the creation of a Rehabilitation Garden in the Nursery of Lviv’s Iron Water Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
