Lviv is participating in the 2030 ECoC competition. Now, in the summer of 2025, the city is at the stage of developing an application for the final of the competition, which will be held this fall: in September, the application will be submitted, and in October 2025 we will know the result. The concept of our programme is Responsibility to Be. It understands culture as a force that helps to survive in times of war, loss, and change. It’s a global conversation about memory, care, imagination, and our responsibility to uphold humanity.
